- Obtain an email address for a new member
- To register into creative ministries, complete this online form
- Use the form to add the member to the appropriate Creative department.
This initiates the process to give correct permissions, groups, initial welcome email
Induction
A Leader meet prior to 1st worship session.
- Bring a ministry covenant form and if not yet completed, have the person understand its content and sign off. Tear off the signed form and return to the office.
- Run through rehearsal/performance protocols.
- Answer any questions
After 1st worship session debrief providing feedback, using 3 questions
- What went well
- Any growth areas
