Topic: What is worth fighting for?
Passage: Act 15:1-20
Speaker: Jason Hoet
Date: 14 May 2006
Introduction
May surprise you that I am not a fighting man!
My first (and only) 'real' fight was in year 10, for the love of a woman.
I can distinctly remember what I was thinking at the time, 'Is she worth it?'
Pressing question isn't it as we feel ourselves about to be lined up for a fight or an argument: is this worth it?
Face to face with the Critic: Mark 8:10-21 - jason hoet
Series: Great New Testament arguments
Passage: Mark 8:10-21

Introduction
We being a series on Great NT arguments. and it must be said...
I do like an argument.
I think this comes from my family.
Not as you might think from my Maori father. Sure Maori's are known to be a warlike people, but they are more known for belting someone than having reasoned arguments with them. No, I think is more of my red headed, Scottish descent, Aussie mother. There's is some quick tongued fire there. And many of the Hoet clan have it.
