1. Have you experienced, or heard of, a modern miracle apart from one involving healing?

2. If a miracle is a 'wonder, sign or power' to attract to the Kingdom of God, what attracted, or attracts, you to God's Kingdom?

From time to time every one of us wants the opportunity of a fresh start. Share a time when you were able to do just that. Why is it so important for us?

List of some things that might make John the Baptist “out of bounds” in most Churches today.

These are days of “user friendly” Churches. You don’t hear too much of words like ‘sin’ ‘repentance’ ‘judgement’.
How can we be a welcoming place and yet remain true to the gospel?
How can we preach truth in a politically correct society?

What sorts of things can we do to help them?
They are depending on us so much. How can we make sure we do not lose sight of their needs?

The disciples were stuck in their thinking that Jesus had come just to establish the kingdom of Israel. In v8 Jesus shifts their horizon to take in the whole world.
