'Foreign Correspondent' was a special feature from Phil's Dad (and the children's Grandfather), Bruce Townsend. During his stay in April 2001, Bruce wrote a series of short articles about life in Mapodo from an outsider's (although somewhat grand-fatherly) perspective.
