We take “Safety First” seriously. Your information is stored securely in systems like Elvanto and Microsoft 365, protected by multi-factor authentication. We strictly limit access to only those staff and leaders who need it to perform their roles.

- Correction: Ask us to update or fix any incorrect information.
- Deletion: Request that we delete your data when it is no longer needed for legal or safety reasons.
- Anonymity: Interact with us anonymously where it is lawful and practicable to do so.
Data Breaches
In the unlikely event of a data breach that is likely to result in serious harm, we will notify you and the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC) promptly, following our established Data Breach Response Plan.
