You are the best way for our church to promote events. We can put up signs, run Facebook ads, handout leaflets, but people are more likely to go to something, because someone they know invited them. You are the best way for our church to promote everything we do. 

This means 2 things. First, we hope you want to go. If you don’t, you won’t invite anyone along. Second, we hope you want others to come, that you are confident people will enjoy and value the time. I hope our Christmas season has events which tick both these boxes: 

• Invite families with young children, in-person or online, to our Kids Christmas Concert, Sunday 10 December, 10am;  
• Our Christmas Street Party Sunday 17 Dec, 5pm Kids Special, 6pm Street Party, 7.30pm Christmas Carols Concert;  
• Our December Sunday sermons are on the theme of Jesus bringing “Joy to the World”, with his first, and second coming;  
• 9am Christmas Day; 
• 10am News Years Day.

Remember to ask your guests after, ‘What did you think about that?’ Listen for what they say. Who knows, they want to know more about faith. You could be a great help for them. 

This is a good season to invite friends and family to church and our special events. I am praying God will use you to help those you love find God who loves them even more.
