Invite to Try Alpha

Alice YoungFrontPage, News, Pastor

The Alpha Course is a safe space to explore life, purpose, and the Christian faith. Participants don’t have to talk if they don’t want to, but it is great to hear everyone’s thoughts. People can ask their questions and share their point of view. Alpha is free and everyone is welcome. Our Alpha Course will be run over seven weeks.

Do you have someone you would like to be part of Alpha? Why not invite them to come with you to check out the course on the Alpha Launch Night, Tuesday 6 May. There will be a delicious meal, we watch an engaging video talk and discuss it in a relaxed environment. At the Launch Night there is no pressure to do anything, but we would love for people to come along to the whole course. For catering purposes, you can register guests at upbc.org.au/alpha.

Why not invite family, friends, work colleagues? Invite 3 people who you think will probably say yes, 3 who might say yes and 3 who will probably say no. Pray they will come. We have flyers at church, but a no-pressure, personal message could be better? Here are example text messages.
